Conditions for the application of the AEG warranty
1. The product is warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase (based on the order), the warranty period is calculated from the first date of purchase of the product and cannot be extended if the product is sold or transferred to another customer.
2. Warranty service is only applicable to products installed and used in the territory of Vietnam, in the land area, not to products used on ships, boats, seas and islands or products installed and used abroad.
Cases not covered by the warranty:
1. Customers buy used products.
2. Periodic inspection or maintenance service.
3. The product is damaged during transportation or improperly stored/stored.
4. The product is damaged due to accidents, misuse compared to the instruction manual, or due to customer arbitrary repair/structural change.
5. The product is damaged or does not work well due to a weak or dirty water source (washing machine); or use of an unsuitable detergent (washing machine, dishwasher).
6. Products damaged due to force majeure risks such as natural disasters, environmental changes or war incidents, epidemics, etc.
7. Product failure due to unstable power supply, or fluctuation beyond the allowable limit: 220V ± 10V
8. The serial number on the product is altered, erased, or removed.
9. Products with insects or pests (rats, cockroaches, ants, etc.)
10. The product may be repaired on its own without the written consent of AEG or repaired by anyone other than an AEG technician or authorized representative.
